1. We Listen:
We often get calls about a specific machine. The first thing we want to hear are the problems you are having in a specific area of your manufacturing facility. What is your application? What do you want to accomplish? We have many technologies so listening to the customer is key in the first step.
2. We Analyze
Based on your input, we select from a multitude of solutions. Application, volume, budget and operating costs are the major considerations in proposing a solution to your manufacturing problem. If it’s a custom application, we will do the research and provide a custom solution as well.
3. We Act
Once we have a direction to our solution, we can process samples, do time studies, do an ROI and do live machine demonstrations. Upon an order, we coordinate all the logistics and answer any site prep questions. We coordinate installation and training.
