The PMI-14 A 45 Degree Double-Blade Angular Sawing Machine is designed to cut non-ferrous
material quickly, accurately and with a burr free finish. This Machine has two saw blades that are
positioned at 45 degrees vertically to reduce waste. The PMI-14 A is ideal for manufacturers of
door and window frames because it can produce two opposing 45 degree cuts in a single cycle.

Saw Blade Spindle:
The Saw Blades travel vertically through the work piece on two precision machined shafts to
assure consistent and accurate cutting. The PMI-14 A comes equipped with two saw blades that
are staggered at 45 degrees. Each saw blade is operated by its own 2 HP saw motor.
Saw Blade Feed:
The saw blade feed is controlled via a pneumatic cylinder with full control of the feed rate. This
allows for accurate cuts and long blade life. In addition, the saw blade travel is controlled for
fastest cycle time.
