The PMI-14 C Double-Blade Angular Sawing Machine is designed to cut non-ferrous material
quickly and accurately with a burr free finish. This Machine has two staggered saw blades
positioned at 45 degrees vertically to reduce waste. The PMI-14 C is ideal for notching
applications.
Saw Blade Spindle:
The Saw Blades travel vertically through the work piece on two precision machined shafts to
assure consistent and accurate cutting. The PMI-14 C is equipped with two saw blades that are
staggered at 45 degrees. Each saw blade is operated by its own 3 HP saw motor.
Saw Blade Feed:
The saw blade feed is controlled via a pneumatic cylinder with full control of the feed rate. This
allows for accurate cuts and long blade life. In addition, the saw blade travel is controlled for
fastest cycle time.

Safety Limit Switch: Blade access door is protected via a limit switch that will shut down
the machine in case of an open door.
